Nurse Bailey
"I don't just want you to feel better. I want you to understand why you feel better — so you can keep feeling that way."

Her Story
I couldn't find the kind of care I needed. So I built it.
For years, I worked long shifts in acute care while managing my own autoimmune symptoms — and kept hearing "your labs look fine" when nothing felt fine. I was living in the gap between being treated and being truly supported, and I knew I wasn't the only one there.
East Coast started as the place I wished existed: somewhere you're actually heard, where someone takes the time to look beneath the surface, and where the plan fits your real life instead of taking it over.
Living with autoimmune issues made me both cautious and curious. When traditional care didn't have the answers, I went looking — reading research, studying inflammation, hormones, metabolism, recovery. That curiosity never switched off. I still spend my free time buried in studies, and when I come across something that reminds me of one of my patients, I save it and send it their way.
More than anything, I want the people I care for to feel like they finally have someone in their corner — someone who's curious, thoughtful, who remembers, and who keeps thinking about their health long after the appointment ends.

What I Believe
The way I practice — and the standard everyone here is held to.
Listen first
Your story leads the care. The labs come second.
Treat the whole person
Symptoms are information — not the whole picture. We look at all of you.
Explain everything
Understanding your body removes fear and gives you back your confidence.
Keep it doable
No extremes. Wellness should fit your life, not take it over.
A Conversation with Bailey
Some things, I still do myself.
Limited availability each month
As East Coast grows, I've built a care team who practices exactly the way I do — curious, unhurried, and genuinely invested in the people we care for. But I still keep a small amount of time each month for people who'd like to sit down with me directly.
If you'd like that to be you — for your first conversation, a second opinion, or simply because you'd feel most comfortable starting with me — I'd love to meet.

The best part of this work is watching you become yourself again.
If East Coast has been part of your journey, I'd be honored to hear about it — and, with your permission, to share it, so someone who feels the way you used to feel knows they're not alone.
